During the same inspection, <br />large dump truck passed a slower moving excavator on a steep hill, just as we were <br />attempting to go up the hill. We had to stop and back down because the dump truck <br />moved into our lane, coming right at us. You might want to talk to Susan Burgmaier <br />about any of her experiences. David Berry spoke with the operator, Bill Bear, about our <br />concerns. My question is whether or not this is in your jurisdiction and can you approach <br />the operator with these concerns?
