Additionally, we have asked Savage to monitor its trucks to assure they are obeying posted speed <br />limits. They have communicated this to their drivers and have followed up with random radar <br />speed checks by their safety officer. <br />Therefore, with Savage fully containing their loads and with the elimination of the stockpiles at <br />the truck loadout, we feel this will eliminate dust complaints associated with our operation. With <br />regazd to the filing of a minor revision to the No. I and No. 2 mine permits, we do not believe this <br />is necessary. Fvst, by fiilly containing the loads, we should not be accused of depositing coal <br />along the highway.
