A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or other imaguog CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase>~ be in the D: dr(ve. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain 51es with the .tif extension. Them needs to be m image viewing application for .tif Elea on your compute that will handle single andmulti-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the defauk viewing pYggcams aro called "Windows Picture a~ Fax Viewers' of `Paint" and they do not work with QuickView. The Lnaging Viewer that comes with pro-Witrdowa XP computers. does work. DMG has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from lrfanView.com, does work with QrickView. ABer downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be o~figured as yota default .tif view. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and mgistration are the user's responsrbility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as ."Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Inshvctions• 1. hrarrt the CD into your computer. 2. NOTE: A progmm called QuickViow Autotun, which rtma the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD.
