Also, enclosed <br />is a list of legislation that applies to designated NNL's. <br />Regarding the Rimrock Coal Company's strip mining permit <br />application, the "Engleville" tract is not within the Raton Mesa <br />NNL tentative boundary but it is within the viewshed for Fisher <br />Peak. <br />A NNL is a nationally significant natural area that has been <br />designated by the Secretary of Interior.
