Colorado State Historic Preservation Officer's assessment and recommendations for the <br />protection of cultural resources were independently reviewed and concurred to by OSM. <br />F. Summary <br />Updated studies for natural resources within and surrounding Federal lease C-1362 were <br />completed by Mountain Coal Company, L.L.C. and submitted to the Colorado Division of <br />Minerals and Geology as a part of PR-10. Information from these updated studies was reviewed <br />by OSM to complete this environmental assessment. There were no significant impacts to air, <br />soils, land use, vegetation, water, wildlife, or cultural resources identified in the environmental <br />studies. All of the effects of mining Federal lease C-1362 will be mitigated during the mining <br />operations or upon reclamation of the land at the conclusion of mining. <br />G.
