I am aware that, like in Nebraska where <br />9 they are pumping a tremendous amount of water out <br />10 of the underground aquifer, they have seen <br />11 indications of ground changing, ground level <br />12 changing. <br /> <br />13 <br />~ <br />Q. <br />And that manifests on the surface by <br />14 surface mov ement or subsidence? <br />15 A. It's detectable by surveying, yes. <br />16 Q. Has Basin complied with all the <br />17 ventilation statutes and regulations over there in <br />18 connection with running this air shaft? <br />19 A. To. my knowledge, they have, as far as, <br />20 you know, I 'm not aware of any MSHA violations that <br />21 were writte n in regard to the air shaft. <br />22 Q.
