12 A. None of the long wall mining is under
13 your prop erty.
14 Q. Is any mining going under my property
15 north of the highway?
16 A. The mining that occurred north of the
17 highway o n your property was development mining to
18 establish a point where we could complete that air
19 shaft,

22 mine, to continue mining north of the highway.
