Ramirez, Michelle
From: Ramirez, Michelle
Sent: Wednesday, October 04, 2006 10:21 AM
To: Waldron, Tony
Cc: Berry, David; Ericksen, Suzi; Dupler, Jim
Subject: M-1984-094 - SANBORN SAND AND GRAVEL MV-2006-059
Tony,
FYI - I talked to Michael Pfister this morning. Yesterday, he asked for a copy of his annual fee 15t letter (fax'd and
imaged). Today, he seemed a little confused as to why his name was spelled wrong and the address that we
used; I told him that we have the information in our system according to what's been sent to us. He asked for a
copy of last year's report (it has the same mailing information), and said something about the mail service in Alma
not delivering mail to him if it contains "Sanborn Sand and Gravel" (this year's 1st annual fee letter was returned).
He also mentioned that he thought a co-worker may have sent in the annual fee information without his
knowledge. I'm sending these to him today.
According to Mr. Pfister, because the co-worker was a victim of Katrina, he thinks that other business documents
may have gone through without his permission, and he'd like to look into this. I gave him information about
looking at documents on CD or DVD, and he's going to consider doing this - I'm going to fax him a CD request
farm.
He also mentioned that he was appreciative that you were able to accommodate his concerns when you were out
there recently. I forwarded his call to you this morning (maybe in voice mail?) because he had other questions.
He wants to make sure that everything's right with the company, and will probably submit a letter to the Board
requesting to waive the civil penalty, because money is tight.
Michelle S.
