A computer search of the coal program's
national Applicant Violator System (AVS) showed that Union Pacific Minerals Inc. is owned
by Hanna Basin Coal Company and Bitter Creek Coal Company and that there are no
outstanding violations associated with these companies in AVS. Union Pacific Inc. was not
listed in AVS so there are no companies associated with Union Pacific Inc. in AVS.
Finally, there are no mineral (non-coal) permits, associated with Union Pacific Inc. and
Union Pacific Minerals.
If you need any additional information, please call or write me.
Sincerely,
~~
oseph 7.
