This is a result of the liner installers changing <br />direction with the panel and not cutting off the extra liner, <br />I am confident that the equipment did not cut into the anchor <br />trench. <br />Concerning the fall in the diversion channel between st. 51+00 to <br />54+00, the area was reshot and it was determined that there is more <br />than 1.5 feet of fall between those stations.
