The restricted space available and the amount of <br />activity around the stockpile makes the use of a wind screen <br />virtually impossible. <br />Enclosed is an application for an air pollution emission permit <br />modification which, when approved, will delete the requirement to <br />utilize a wind screen around the stockpiles.
