In that hearing the remaining outstanding conditions were stated. This letter with the <br />attachments is submitted to you for completion of the conditions. <br />The following aze a list of the conditions: <br />1. Provide a no left tum sign for trucks exiting the site discouraging any truck traffic north on <br />Monaco Street. <br />2. Submit a reclamation plan specific to the 31 acre site instead of the reclamation plan for a much <br />larger area where Aggregate Industries, Inc has reclamation plans. <br />3. Prohibit filling above the pre-mining elevation without prior approvals from Commerce City on <br />removing the azea from the floodplain. <br />4. Provide for Tri-County Health Department (TCHD) to do regulaz inspections of the site. <br />5. Meet the conditions of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) <br />April 9, 20031etter which includes the right for CDPHE inspections, contribution to the HSRF fee, <br />and complying with all other health laws, standards, rules and regulations. <br />The answers to the conditions are as follows: <br />A no left turn sign has been complete. A copy of the receipt showing the sign was purchased is <br />attached. <br />2. A reclamation plan titled "Broda's Inert Fill Reclamation Plan" dated April 21, 2003 is attached and <br />should be included with the other records of the site. <br />
