It is anticipated <br />that this cessation will last at least 30 days. No personnel are <br />presently employed at the Apex No. 2 Mine with the exception of <br />myself. <br />Underground areas and surface access to the mine are being <br />maintained and effectively supported. Mine pumping and water <br />treatment activities will continue during this period of <br />temporary cessation. No backfilling, regrading, or revegetation <br />operations are anticipated during this period. <br />This idleness is the result of poor market conditions.
