(Walsh). Our responses to the <br />conceptual plan outlined below, are based on the requirement that <br />any reclamation tasks implemented at this site must agree with <br />those identified in the approved reclamation plan. I have started <br />out with my comments. These are followed by those of Allen <br />Sorenson. <br />The conceptual reclamation plan submitted by Walsh addresses most <br />of the reclamation tasks of the approved plan but does not always <br />meet the specific task requirements outlined in the approved plan. <br />In some instances, further clarification is needed. <br />The outline listed below provides dates and documents that are part <br />of the approved reclamation plan. I believe I have included the <br />pertinent documents but recommend that you carefully review the <br />permit file to satisfy yourself that nothing has been overlooked. <br /> <br />
