The
property was held by the C.Lee Merritt Estate and referred to as
the Merritt property in various documents.
In early October 1989, the permitting process was substantially
completed and the purchase option was exercised.
The name of the clay pit, (or mine), designated by Permit
#89-052 should now be known as the Dakota Clay Pit, owned and
operated by The Denver Brick Company.
Very tru yours,
~~L~
Kenneth D.
