The policy aggregate means that the policy <br />will pay up to S6,000,000 for all occurrences, at which time our excess liability insurance (not <br />shown on the certificate) would drop down for any additional claims. <br />As I advised, these limits are more than what is required by the Regulations of the Colorado Mined <br />Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining as outlined in 2.03.9. <br />I Vust that this addresses your needs.
