The move aligns us with our corporate parent company, Holcim Ltd., which changed its name from Holderbank Financiere Glaris earlier this year. The transition reflects our strong global brand and clearly establishes the Holcim Group as one of the world's most successful global cement companies. You may have seen already ads announcing our new name in issues of various cement and construction trade publications. As a company that has provided a valuable product or service to us, I wanted to ensure that you were aware of the change prior to the formal announcement next month. Our new name reflects the company's heritage and maintains focus on our core business as a leading manufacturer and supplier of cement worldwide. "Hol" was derived from Holderbank, the town in Switzerland where our parent company was founded, while the "cim" comes from ciment, the French word for cement. Along with our new name, you'll also notice a new look for us, including a bold new logo on our signs, products, stationery and facility locations. However, even though we are changing our name and visual identity, our commitment to customers and suppliers will remain strong. In fact, the opportunity to leverage global resources throughout the Holcim Group will increase our domestic ability to work more effectively with all of our stakeholders.
