crushing operation from it's present location to
"Parcel 6," as shown on the drawings on file in
your office.
There will be no affect on the reclamation plan and
timetable. No lands will be disturbed in excess of
that which is included in the previously approved plan.
Request your concurrence that Parcel M6 is included in
your previous approval.
