Cattany <br />Division DIfeCYOr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />On December 18th, 2006, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety received your correspondence <br />regarding possible off site impacts to your property in Craig, Colorado due to activities at the above <br />referenced permitted site. Unfortunately, due to weather and ground conditions, the Division is unable to <br />inspect the site to determine the scope of the impacts. The Division will complete the inspection as soon as <br />weather and ground conditions permit. If you have not been contacted by March l St, 2007 please feel free to <br />contact me for a status report. <br />$1 the mean time, a copy of your letter has been forwarded to the permit holder and the Division is asking <br />them to respond back to staff prior to the inspection. <br />Your continued cooperation and understanding is appreciated.
