<br />(14) I~1eii Hart (through Stanley Electric Co., lnc.) designed a <br />trestle dump system in conjunction with Ortner Freight Car Co. to <br />meet Western Paving's needs. Dump time is 8 to 12 minutes by <br />positioning cars over five bays (the 6th bay is being used by the <br />conveyor that is carrying local pit run material and the 3,000 tons <br />day of Rockin WJmaterial). <br />(15) The pit run is then fed to Western Paving's original 500 ton~l-our <br />continual crushing and screening plant, which, in turn, feeds (as we <br />mentioned before) the Standard and Madsen asphalt plants. <br />When Local sources diminish, future capacity of the unit troin system can <br />be accomplished by severs{ methods --multi-trips per day of the unit train, or, <br />addition of cars and silos -- the latter of which, provisions have been made, <br /> <br />
