Cattany <br />Lyons, CO 80540 Division DIRCtOr <br />/ Natural Resource Tms[ee <br />Re: Dowe Flats Mine, Permit No. M-1993-041, Stipulations to the Permit <br />Dear Mr. Lohr: <br />During a recent review of the Dowe Flats Mine file, the Division discovered stipulations that were placed on approval of <br />the original permit approval and the amendment application (AM-01). / <br />The Division could find no evidence in our files that Stipulations C and E from the initial permit approval have been <br />satisfactorily complied with (see MLRB Order dated March 3, 1994). In addition, the Division could find no evidence <br />that Stipulations No. Ol, 02 and 03 have been complied with (see approval letter dated December 14, 1994). Please <br />review the list of stipulations, and inform the Division as to their status.
