Efforts Involving Frontier <br />Following submittal of the Powderhom letter to counsel for Frontier (see Seventh <br />Fortnightly Report), a brief conversation was held, following which counsel for Frontier was to <br />communicate with Mr. Clazk. We have not been informed of the results of that discussion. <br />Part III. Other Efforts and Activities <br />On April 13, 2001, Powderhom received an NOV based on the suspension of Frontier's <br />authority to conduct business in Colorado by the Corrunissionet of Insurance.
