We anticipate this project to be
accomplished within one week and l wilt notify you in writing upon completion.
The dry /and pasture seed mixture that we will be using was recommended by
John Murray with the Co%rado Soil Conservation Service, and is as follows:
40% Crested Wheat Grass
20% Intermediate Wheat Grass
20% Pubescent Wheai Grass
20 % Russian Wild Rye
Also upon Mr. Murray's recommendation we will add 20 pounds per acre of
Winter Rye to the mixture as a cover crop. It is our understanding that this fast
growing grass will alleviate the need of a mulch or straw cover.
Should you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me
at our Montrose office.
Sincerely yours,
J.
