A sample of <br />the material used by the Colorado Dapartmamt of Transportation for <br />road deicer was colleoted and is currently being analyzed. The <br />Department of Transportation says the material is a coking residue <br />they call aoka breese. This material looks similar to coal and <br />does have coal chunks within it.
