Stipulation 66 - Any and all required information <br />due from BRI on February 21, 1994, with reference to this <br />stipulation; <br />b.) Stipulation 67 - Any and all required information <br />due from BRI on February 21, 1994 and March 21, 1994, with <br />reference to this stipulation; <br />c.) Stipulation 68 - Any and all required information <br />due from BRI on February 21, 1994, with reference to this <br />stipulation; <br />d.) Stipulation 70 - Any and all required information <br />due from BRI on February 21, 1994, with reference to this <br />stipulation; <br />e. Stipulation 28 - Any and all required information <br />due from BRI since January 1993 with reference to this <br />stipulation; <br />Please explain your findings with reference to number 8 <br />in light of the October 26, 1993 report filed by Steven G. <br />Renner regarding the Patter of Violations at the New Elk and <br />Golden Eagle mines. <br />Identify permit area 2.07.6(2)9k). <br />Please provide a copy of the December 1988 Section VIII <br />you referred to in number 12 of your January 21, 1994 <br />report. <br />
