Computer requirements to use the DMG docmment imaging CD (or bVb): 1. A program called QuiekView will ba copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in older m use a DMG imaging CD the Srst lima. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or bVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD ar bVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension, There needs to bean image viewing application for .tif files on your computer that will handle single and multi-page documents. On a W indows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Fax Viewer" or "Paint' and they do nor work with QuiekView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pro-Windows XP computers does work. DMG has determined that a program called "IrfanView",which can be downloaded from IrfatrView.com, does work with QuiekView. After downloading "IrfmView", it needs to be configured as your default .tif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and `Imaging for Windows". Instructions: 1. Insert the CD into your computer. ~2. Allow time for the Cb to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NGTE: A program called QuiekView Autonm, which rues the QuiekView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Amorun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuiekView program. Instuetions fur manualy installing QuiekView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.mininu.state.co.us. The Permit File documwt images can be viewed is the reception area of the DMG a6ice or they caa be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD. bMG cannot mrovlde commuter related smnmort.
