F)arl and <br />Melody Reyher, personal representative of the Estate of ,Harold L. <br />Hoffman, deceased of McClave, Colorado. Both individuals are <br />owners of the following described real property situate in the <br />County of Bent, State of Colorado, to-wit: <br />Lot Four (4), Section Five (5), Township Tweni~y- <br />three (23) South, Range Forty-eight (48) West and <br />the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />(SW1/45W1/4), Section Thirty-two (32), Townshi~ <br />Twenty-two (22) South, Range Forty-eight (48) est <br />of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Bent County, <br />Colorado. <br />Both parties have leased the above described meal property <br />to Carder, Inc., a Colorado corpora~.on, for the purpose of mining <br />sand, gravel and rock. The lease has now expired except; for the right <br />to stockpile sand and gravel. It is our further understanding that <br />Carder, Inc. holds the permit on the gravel pit and is rbsponsible <br />for reclaiming the land. <br />I would appreciate it if you could inform me a~ to when <br />the permit issued to Carder, Inc. on the above described land expires <br />and the terms and conditions of reclaiming the land.
