Catlany <br />Division DIreCIOf <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has received your June 14, 2005 notice of "Active Status" for the Gold Hill Mill. <br />Please note that in addition to testing the mill equipment and initiating mill operations, you will <br />also be responsible for quarterly water sampling and reporting to the Division. As you maybe <br />aware, your permit specifies collection of water levels and water quality parameters from seven <br />(7) monitoring locations. We appreciate your commitment to adherence to all applicable <br />regulations. Please feel free to call our Office should you have any questions regarding the water <br />monitoring requirements specified in your mining and reclamation permit, M-1994-117.
