Please check one below anfl return this ~~~ P form with your payment to DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. Computer requirements to use the DMG document imaging CD (or DVD): 1. A program called QuickView will be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the ftrst time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation of the software. 2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive, A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extension. There needs to be an image viewing application for .tif 51es on your computer that will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picntre and Fax Viewer" or "Paint' and they do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers does work. DMG has determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from L-fanView.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView", it needs to be configured as your default .df viewer. DMG does vot support or endorse this software and the licensing and registration are the user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Instructions• 1. Insert the CD into your computer. 2. Allow time for fhe CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer. 4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autorun, which runs the QuickView setup program, has also been copied to this CD. If the Autotvn program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Lvstructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed of www.minine.state.co.us. The Permit File document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase cost covers the &me and labor of malting the CD. DMG cannot orovide computer related suonort.
