Register Plan, Form, Nomination, Please note that items 1, 2, and 5 above were prepared by Dr. Bruce Rippeteau, and 3 and 9 by Ms. Barbara Norgren, with 5 being primarily generated by on-site conversations with Ms. Merrill Wilson of the SHPO's office. With (a) your receipt of the above items, and (b) 1-5 by the SHPO, and (c) 5. by the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, I believe that Energy Fuels has complied with the terms of the above stipulations. One special considera- tion should be mentioned, however, Before any of the recom- mendations of the preservation plan can be implemented by the responsible regulatory authority with respect to 5RT192, the consent of the owners of the site must be obtained. Energy Fuels, as the lessee of the ground on which the structures exist, has no authority to affect the structures in any way.
