As of this date, the lead <br />Division specialist for the Seneca II-W and Yoast Mines will be Erica Crosby. All permitting <br />correspondence should now be sent to her. As we discussed, she will finish all outstanding issues <br />with ffie renewal and NOV C-95-023 for Seneca II-W; and Technical Revision No. 2 to the <br />Yoast permit. <br />Technical Revision No. 28 for the Seneca II Mine was approved, with conditions, on December <br />18, 1995. To comply with those conditions, SCC must sup m-t a topsoil mass balance by January <br />15, 1996. Also outstanding is an update of Tab 3 (mineral ownership).
