C-82-057
Dear Mr. Lunan:
On October 14, 1987, I sent you a letter addressing our belief that this mine
should be placed into temporary cessation pursuant to Pule 4.30.1. Subsequent
to this letter, you and I have had a couple of telephone conversations
pertaining to this issue. To date, the mine remains in an "active" status.
With winter no longer "upcoming", as was the case when we sent the previous
letter, but now among us again, the Division believes it is even more
necessary to resolve this issue. Please submit rationale for why the mine
should not be placed into temporary cessation or submit the necessary
temporary cessation information. We request this information he submitted by
December 18, 1987.
As always, please contact me should you have any questions.
nce y,
PVOC/vj r
~.~-
"tern V. ~ 'Co nor
Reclamation Specialist
3738E
423 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 60203-2273 Tel.
