Your request specifies all documentation from March 10`h, 2006 to the present date within those
files. The request noted a preference to e-mail delivery, however, the Division does not have the
capability to forward such documents in that manor. Staff has however prepared and is sending the
documents via facsimile, which is the second option noted.
A second inquiry was for the date ofpublication of the DMO notices. Glenda Williams of the Division
confirmed for staff that it was published on March 24'h, 2006 in the Daily Journal in Denver as part of
the April Monthly Agenda. This is the normal venue for the publication of the Board's monthly
agendas.
Sincerely,
~~
G.
