These letters <br />were sent in response to the Division's letter of July 30, 2004 requesting the status of numerous <br />stipulations placed on the permit and in subsequent revisions. <br />Based on the information submitted in your letters, it appears that CEMEX, Inc. is in compliance <br />with the stipulations placed on the Dowe Flats permit.
