A new sediment and storage pond, called
MB-2R, is being constructed approximately 400 feet to the east (center to center) to replace MB-
2. MCC holds a water right in this pond (Original Case No. 80CW457, December 15, 1981) for
9,61 acre-feet of water, absolute. No change in amount, use, point of diversion, source, etc., are
proposed; merely a small change in location. Sediment pond MB-3 (Original Case No.
SOCW457, December 15, 1981) is also being reconstructed, but no change in the water right,
even is location, is proposed.
Please contact me should you require additional information or have questions.
Sincerely,
~~`n ~ u~~
Kathleen G.
