Please check one below and remm this <br />form with your payment [o DMG. If a CD is requested and the permit is too large for a CD, you will be called. <br />Please allow up m 5 business days from the receipt of this signed document for your CD or DVD to be available. <br />CD @ $5.00 per disk _ DVD @ $20.00 per disk <br />Please check if you want a copy of the QuickView installation instructions. <br />Computer riegnhemmts to true the DMG document imaging CD (nr DVD): <br />1. A progtaor called QuickView will be copied w the CD and must be installed on your computer in order m use a DMG imaging CD the <br />first time. Furore use of this or other imaging CD's does not inquire a new installation of the software. <br />2. The CD or DVD that you purchase must be in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. <br />3. The CD will contain files with the .tif extem9ion. Them needs m 6e ao image viewing application for .6f files on your computer that <br />will handle single and multi-page documents. On a Windows XP cemp~r, dte default viewing programs am called "Windows Pichu'e <br />and Fax Viewel' or `Paint" and tlxy do not work with QuickView. The Imaging Viewer that comes with pre-Windows XP computers <br />dcea work DMG bas determined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded from L-fattView.com, does work with <br />QuickView. After downloading "IrfanView^, it needs to be configumd as your default .fif viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this <br />software and the licensing and registration am the user's responsibility. Them am many other programs that work as well, such as <br />"Imaging Pmview° and "Lnaging for Windows". <br />Instrtrctrons• <br />1. insert the CD into your computer. <br />2. Allow time for the CD to install. <br />3. Eject the CD from the wmputer. <br />4. Reinsert the CD into the computer. <br />5. Yon am ready [o view the Permit Files. <br />NOTE: A program called QtrickView Autonm, which nine the QuickView <br />setup progam, has also been copied m this CD. If the Autoron program <br />does NOT work, you will aced to manually install the QuickView program. <br />Instructions for manually inshdlling QuickView are available upon inquest <br />with the CD or can be viewed at www.minine.state.co.us. <br />The Permit File document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased oo a CD or <br />DVD. The CD/DVD pnrchase cost covers the time and labor of making the CD.
