We know that the date for evaporative system implementation is Apr 1, <br />however, as you know the weather has been unseasonal. We all krtow the <br />purpose ot'the system is to evaporate , not to make snow. T.he April 2h Th. <br />storm wiped out al] our constructions and we had to start over. <br />Please Note: At all times after April 1, we increased our moaitorinn <br />and had a portable back-up spray pump available. On Apr. 29 their was <br />still two feet of snow at the site. By Sun ,May 4 the conditions improved <br />and we immediately began installation of a complete system. Everything will <br />be operational on Wednesday may 7. The pond has been closely monitored <br />and substantial freeboard has been maintained. At no time has their been <br />a concern of the pond being too full. Please take this along with the <br />extreme weather conditionsa into account when considering the PV's at <br />our site. We have a better system this year and anlicipate no need for <br />land application.
