The
access road to the substation near the Coal Sales area is an
existing road outside of the permit boundary for the Coal Sales
Site. Minor regrading is necessary for access to the substation and
tap line feeding it. Access will be provided through the permitted
area. The substation is outside of the permit boundary.
The tap line serving the mine site substation is accessable within
the permit boundary. That portion of the line outside of the
boundary will have to be removed without the assisstance of
vehicles.
