We have listed the requirements of the Colorado rules <br />where known. <br />1. Foam material backed with <br />bottom of Sediment Pond A; t <br />conduct mining activities to <br />Sng hydrologic balance, Rule <br />waste in a controlled manner <br />4,11.4, <br />black plastic has been dumped in the <br />he materiel is shredding. Failure to conduct <br />mining activities to minimize disturbance of the prevailing <br />hydralvgit balance, Rule 4.05.1. <br />3. Insulation and other Construction debris, such as boards and <br />pc..~ls, are found on the slopes around the water tank area among <br />undisturhed vegetation. Some of the insulation has blown at <br />least 100 yards from the tank. It appears the operator started <br />to insulate the water tank several years ago and did not complete <br />P.1/~ <br />1 <br />
