We have listed the requirements of the Colorado rules <br />where known. <br />1. Insulation and other Construction debris, such as boards and <br />pc..~ls, are found on the slopes around the water tank area among <br />undisturhed vegetation. Some of the insulation has blown at <br />least 100 yards from the tank.
