Whether or nor the intake vent, located on my property is to be maintained by Basin <br />Resources, Inc. <br />Basin Resources continues to be responsible for both the maintenance and the reclamation of <br />this site. iVo change in reclamation liability or responsibility has occurred as a result of band <br />release SL-02. <br />b. If Basin is not responsible for the maintenance of this vent, who is? <br />Basin Resources is responsible for maintenance. <br />c. The present condition of this vent. <br />The vent shaft has been sealed and the road and topsoil pile remain until final reclamation. <br />d. The amount ofgas being expelled by this vent? <br />The Division is not aware of any gas being expelled by this vent. The vent has been sealed. <br />e.
