I called you concerning a judgment this office
holds against Stamper Collins and Western Slope Carbon, Inc., in
the amount of $1,290.65 entered June 27, 1989, plus interest at 8%
from June 27, 1989.
I am advised that you are still engaged in reclamation
of this mining property and will probably continue to be so engaged
for another six months or a year. You have indicated that you do
have a memorandum of our claim against Collins and against any
excess proceeds from the reclamation bond.
It would be appreciated if you would put this letter in
your file and advise us in the event the work is completed and
there are any excess funds from which we can then attempt to cover
payment of our judgment and interest. If you have any information,
