On a corner lot oNy one street <br />shall be considered as a front line and the shorter strcet frontage shall be considered the front line. <br />28-257 LOT LINE, REAR -The line opposite the front line. <br />28-258 LOT LINE, SLDE -Any lot lines other than front lot lines or rear lot lines. <br />28-259 MINING OPERATION -The extraction or processing of any mineral or other earth material from its <br />natural occurrences on affected land. The term includes, but is not limited to, open mining and surface <br />operations and the disposal of refuse from underground sad in situ mining. The term includes the <br />following operatioro oa affected lands: Transportation, concenuating, milling, evaporation, and other <br />processing. The term does not include: the exploration and extraction of natural petroleum in a liquid or <br />gaseous state by means of wells or pipe; the extratxion of geothermal resources; smelting, refining, <br />cleaning, preparation, vansponation, and other off-site operations not conducted on affected land. <br />2$-260 MANUFACTURED HOME - A structure, transportable in one or more sections, which, when erected <br />on sire, is 320 or more squaze feet, and which is built oo a permanent chassis and designed to be used for <br />residential purposes, with or without a permanent foundation when connected to the required utilities, and <br />includes the plumbing, heating, aittonditioning, and electrical systems contained therein; or which, even <br />if it does not mat the minimum size requirements stated above, either is certified by the U.S. Secretary <br />of Housing and Urban Development or designee pursuant to the federal Manufactured Home Cons[ruction <br />and Safety Standards Act, 4l U.S.C. §$ 778 5401, et• see.. as amended, or complies with the NFPA <br />SOlB7ANS1 A119.1 (1973, 1974 and 1975 editiom). <br />A manufactured home also means a residential building which, whether or not a manufactured home as <br />defined above (and which under the County's prior regulations may have bcen defined as a mobile home), <br />is either: <br />(l) Located in a legally existing manufattured (mobile) home pazk in the unincorporated County on the <br />rezoning date (as provided in Section 9A~01(1)(a) of this Resolution; or <br />(2) Proposed to be relocated. onto a legal manufactured home span in a manufactured' home pazk; <br />predates the certification requirements of the Federal Manufacd[rod Home Comtrutxion and Safety <br />Standazds Act and NFPA SOIb/ANSI a114.1 (1973 through 1975 editions); and is inspected by the <br />Chief Building Official and determined to be in a safe, sound physical condition and to meet any <br />other requirements for such homes as may be specified in the County's Building Cade. <br />28-13 <br />
