A program called QuickView wi I I be copied to the CD and must be installed on your computer in order to use a DMG imaging CD the first time. Future use of this or other imaging CD's does not require a new installation ofthe softwnre. 2. The CD nr DVD that you purchase t_nyst bz in the D: drive. A DVD drive will read a CD or DVD. 3. On a Windows XP computer, the default viewing programs are called "Windows Picture and Pax Viewer" or "Paint" and they do nut work with QuickV few. The Imaging V fewer that comes with pre• W indows XP computers does work. llMG has datenmined that a program called "IrfanView", which can be downloaded tiom IrfanVicw.com, does work with QuickView. After downloading "lrfanView", it needs fo be configured as your default ,tit viewer. DMG does not support or endorse this Software and the licensing and registration at'e [he user's responsibility. There are many other programs that work as well, such as "Imaging Preview" and "Imaging for Windows". Instructions: 1 Insert the CD into your computer. Allow time for the CD to install. 3. Eject the CD from the computer, 4. Reinsert the CD into the wmpu[er. 5. You are ready to view the Permit Files. NOTE: A program called QuickView Autontn, which runs the QuickView setup program, bas also been copied to [his CD. If the Autorun program does NOT work, you will need to manually install the QuickView program. Instructions for manually installing QuickView are available upon request with the CD or can be viewed at www.minina.stafe.co.us. The Permit FUe document images can be viewed in the reception area of the DMG office or they can be purchased on a CD or DVD. The CD/DVD purchase wet rovers the time and labor of making the CD.
