<br />U.S.C. § 352(d) and Bankruptcy Rules 4001 and 9014, for entry of <br />an order granting relief from the automatic stay for workers' <br />compensation claims related to accidental injuries after <br />September 14, 1985. In support of this motion, the Debtors <br />represent as follows: <br />1. On November 7, 1990 (the "Petition Date"), Pueblo <br />Metals Company, Denver Metals Company, Pueblo Railroad Service <br />Company, CF&Z Fabricators of Colorado, Inc., and CFfiI Steel <br />Corporation commenced their respective reorganization cases by <br />filing voluntary petitions for relief under chapter 11 of the <br />Bankruptcy Code. <br />2. Pueblo Metals Company, Denver Metals Company, Pueblo <br />Railroad Service Company, CF&I Fabricators of Colorado, Inc., and <br />CF&I Steel Corporation are coiitinuinij in possession of their- <br />property and are operating and managing their businesses, as <br />debtors in possession, pursuant to sections 1107 and 1108 of the <br />Bankruptcy Code. _ <br />3. The Court has jurisdiction over this matter pursuant to <br />28 U.S.C. § 157 and 1334. This is a core proceeding pursuant to <br />28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(G). <br />4. The Workers' Compensation Act of Colorado (the <br />"Colorado Act"), Colo. Rev. Stat. §§ 8-44-101, ~ seq. (Supp. <br />1990) (effective July 1, 1990), requires employers to obtain and <br />maintain insurance for workers' compensation claims as follows: <br />(1) Any employer subject to the provisions of articles <br />40 to 47 of this title shall secure compensation for <br />all employees in one or more of the following days, <br />2 <br />
