Contribution Claim fad shall be handled primarily by LeBoeuf, <br />Lamb, Leiby ~ MacRae. The issues pertaining to the Priority <br />Employer Liability Claim Find and the Non-Priority Claim Find <br />shall be handled primarily by Choate, Hall ~ Stewart and Ray, <br />Quinney & Nebeker. <br />Counsel for the USWA shall also be reimbursed for its <br />ordinary, necessary and reasonable litigation expenses incurred <br />in contesting the appeal of the PBGC up to but not exceeding the <br />sum of $150,000. The Reorganized Creditors' Committee may, <br />subject to approval of the Court, authorize payment of litigation <br />expenses of counsel for the USWA in excess of $150,000, but such <br />decision shall be in the sole discretion of the Reorganized <br />Creditors' Committee. <br />All litigation expenses, including the foregoing allocation <br />to counsel for the USWA, shall be paid solely from the PBGC <br />Litigation Find. <br />8. Allocation of Costs Among Reorcanized Debtors. All <br />expenses of the Reorganized Creditors' Committee shall be <br />allocated among the Reorganized Debtors on the basis of which <br />Reorganized Debtor incurred the cost or benefitted from the <br />expenditure. If more than one Reorganized Debtor benefitted from <br />the expenditure, the Reorganized Creditors' Committee shall <br />allocate the expenditure in a fashion that reasonably reflects <br />the benefits to the respective Reorganized Debtors. <br />9.
