The following is the status of your requests, in the <br />order in which they were requested: <br />1. You requested all information submitted by Basin Resources, Inc. (BRI) concerning <br />Stipulation No. 66. BRI had submitted Map 16, entitled "Strncture Inventory." This map <br />will be sent to our contract printing firm, which will in turn ship you a copy COD (This <br />map, as well as other material submitted to satisfy stipulations, was received before the <br />submittal deadline. Revisions of these materials were required, resulting in revised materials <br />being submitted at later dates). <br />2. You requested all information submitted by BRI concerning Stipulation No. 67. BRI had <br />submitted revised permit pages 2.05-34 through 2.05-47g and the April 1994 report of the <br />Probable Hydrologic Consequences of Mining, found in Exhibit 6 of the Golden Eagle permit <br />application. In addition, pertinent references are made in several pages of Section 2.05.6(6) <br />of the permit (pages 2.05-48 through 2.05-59). <br />All of these pages are being supplied with this letter. The April 1994 report (Exhibit 6) <br />contains one map, Figure 5, Regional Hydrology. This map will also be sent to our contract <br />printer. <br />Part 3 of Stipulation No. 67 was addressed by BRI by showing ilia[ the Trinidad Sandstone is <br />well below the coal seam. <br />3. You requested all information concerning Stipulation No. 68. BRI submitted revised pages <br />2.05-56 through 2.05-59 of the permit. These pages are being supplied with this letter. <br />
