<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Seneca Coal Company does hereby
<br />release, relinquish, quit-claim and surrender to the lessor, United States Department of the
<br />Interior, Bureau of Land Management, its successors, assigns and legal representatives, all right,
<br />title and interest in and to a certain Federal Coal Lease No. COC-088199, made and entered into
<br />between the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, as lessor and
<br />Seneca Coal Company, as lessee, dated the 1st day of July. 1963, insofaz as same covers the
