. , <br />RIDER TO MINING PERMIT <br />Permit Date: January 5, 1990 <br />Permit No: C-81-032 <br />The following additional stipulations and conditions form an integral part of <br />the foregoing permit: <br />Stipulation No. 07 <br />THE PERMITTEE MUST SUBMIT AN ANNUAL HYDROLOGIC REPORT. THIS REPORT <br />SHALL BE DUE JANUARY 1 OF EACH YEAR OF THIS PERMIT TERM, WITH THE FIRST <br />REPORT DUE ON JANUARY 1, 1985. THE ANNUAL HYDROLOGIC REPORT SHALL <br />INCLUDE INFORMATION AND ANALYSES OF DATA COLLECTED DURING THEPREVIOUS <br />WATER YEAR (E.G. OCTOBER 1, 1983 TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1984). THE FOLLOWING <br />INFORMATION, ANALYSES AND DESCRIPTIONS SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE ANNUAL <br />REPORTS. <br />A) SUMMARIES OF ALL SURFACE AND GROUND WATER QUALITY AND QUANTITY <br />MONITORING DATA; <br />B) HYDROGRAPHS OF SURFACE WATER FLOWS, MINE WATER DISCHARGES, AND <br />GROUND WATER LEVELS; <br />C) DESCRIPTIONS OF OBSERVED CHANGES IN GROUND AND SURFACE WATER <br />QUALITY; <br />D) DESCRIPTION OF OBSERVED CHANGES OR FLUCTUATIONS IN GROUND WATER <br />LEVEL, MINE WATER DISCHJARGES, AND IN SURFACE WATER FLOWS; <br />E) DESCRIPTION OF OBSERVED MINING-RELATED IMPACTS TO GROUND AND <br />SURFACE WATERS; <br />F) DESCRIPTION OF THOSE MEASURES TAKEN TO MINIMIZE GROUND AND <br />SURFACE WATER IMPACTS DURING THE YEAR; <br />G) PROJECTION OF POSSIBLE HYDROLOGIC IMPACTS OF MINING AND <br />RECLAMATION OPERATIONS IN THE UPCOMING YEAR; AND <br />H) DESCRIPTION OF MEASURES WHICH WILL BE UNDERTAKEN TO MINIMIZE <br />THESE PROJECTED HYDROLOGIC IMPACTS, SHOULD THEY OCCUR. <br />
