Judith A. Boulden, United States Bankruptcy Judge, on Wednesday. <br />September 29. 1993, at the hour of 3:00 p.m., or as soon <br />thereafter as counsel may be heard, in Judge Boulden's Courtroom <br />located on the third floor of the Federal Courthouse Building <br />located at 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah. Thf: <br />Motion requests approval of a settlement of the above-captioned <br />adversary proceeding between the parties. CF&I brought thi:~ <br />action against Vac-N-Jet alleging that certain transfers made to <br />it constitute avoidable preferences under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b). <br />The parties have agreed to settle the matter with Vac-N-Jet <br />making a payment of $32,295.58 and waiving all claims against the <br />Debtors' estates. Copies of the Motion and the related <br />Settlement Agreement may be obtained by request from the <br />undersigned counsel for CF&I. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that, pursuant to Rule 52:3 (b) <br />of the Rules of Practice of the United States Bankruptcy Court <br />for the District of Utah, objections to the Motion must be <br />submitted in writing, filed with the Bankruptcy Court, and served <br />upon the undersigned counsel on or before Tuesday, Septemb~ar 21, <br />1993.
