This pit is currently listed as active in <br />our files. The permit has not been placed into temporary cessation <br />at this time. However, we have released the operator from <br />reclamation responsibility on all parts of the permit area east of <br />the Platte River and these areas are no longer included in the <br />permit area. <br />We will try to keep the City of Brighton informed of any changes in <br />this permit.
